Why six months? 90 days is the period researched to prove long term change happens. Six months allows sustainable transformation to occur.

Is the one to one with Rochelle necessary? Yes, there is a level of vulnerability that is shared for Rochelle to understand your default then how you become aware of it. The one to one is private and this vulnerable information is respected in this way.

Yuck more online learning! Is that really necessary? That is up to you. Each part of the course has been designed based on leadership development, designed by a teacher who is aware of your limited time, yet each part of the course will elevate your leadership capability

Coaching by zoom happens so much, I am already busy and some weeks I cannot do anything extra, can I miss these?
